 아이들은 자연을 보고 만지는 과정을 통해 자신만의

모든 프로그램은 사전 예약제로 운영되며

연령과 구성에 맞춰 전문 진행자가 함께합니다.

참여가 부담스럽지 않도록 누구에게나

열린 방식으로 진행됩니다.

제주의 공기, 빛, 그리고 온도를 고스란히 느낄 수 있는 곳에서 숲과 바람 사이에 몸을 두는 순간, 숨을 들이쉬고 내쉬는 동안 어깨의 무게가 가라앉고 시선은 자연스럽게 안으로 향합니다.


움직임은 작지만 밀도 있게 쌓이고, 숨과 함께 내려앉은 마음은 깊고 선명한 몰입으로 정돈되어 천천히 고요해집니다.


나를 가장 조용한 방식으로 중심에 되돌려 놓는 시간. 가장 단순하고도 본질적인 쉼으로 완성됩니다. 모든 프로그램은 성인 대상 소규모 그룹으로 운영되며 자연과 호흡하며 자신에게 집중할 수 있도록 숙련된 진행자가 리드합니다.


아침 시간에 진행되는 요가 클래스는 깊은 숙면 후 하루를 부드럽게 시작하는 데에 이상적입니다.
