Tender beef stir-fried with chili oil
and Sichuan pepper for a bold mala flavor.
Hong Kong-Style Crispy Crab
Crispy fried crab stir-fried with garlic, chili,
and breadcrumbs in Hong Kong style.
Sichuan-Style Cold Pork Salad
Thinly sliced boiled pork served
cold with garlic, chili oil,
and Sichuan mala sauce.
Spring Herb Chicken Soup Noodles
Light chicken broth with shredded
