  • In the event of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances that prevent normal operation, reservations may be canceled or access to facilities restricted according to 
    hotel notice. (via text message, website notice, etc.)
  • Maximum occupancy of 3 people includes 2 adults and 1 child.
  • One child may stay free of charge when accompanied by adults.
  • Children: up to 12 years of age (inclusive). 
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
  • Up to 7 days before check-in: Free cancellation
  • 6–2 days before check-in: 50% of the first night's rate charged as a cancellation fee
